Fessenden's First Audio Broadcast

On Christmas Eve 1906 Reginald Fessenden transmits what is often cited as the first audio radio broadcast, a violin, a Bible reading and a greeting, to astonished ships' operators along the Atlantic coast, proving radio could carry voice and music, not just Morse code.
