DaddyOFive parents sentenced for child neglect

Mike and Heather Martin each entered Alford pleas to two counts of child neglect and were sentenced to five years of supervised probation. A prosecutor told the court a psychologist had determined the 9-year-old and 11-year-old suffered emotional trauma from the videos. The Martins agreed to have no contact with the two children without court approval. The case became the direct catalyst for YouTube's 2019 prank policy overhaul.
