Assassination of Hasan Prishtina at Thessaloniki

Hasan Prishtina, the Kosovar nationalist and Zog's most determined political enemy, was shot dead in a café in Thessaloniki on 13 August 1933 by Ibrahim Celo. Wikipedia states Celo acted on King Zog's orders. Prishtina had been forced out of Albania when Zogu took power in December 1924, and the two men had attempted to kill each other. The Zog story is usually told with Zog as the target. This is the documented case running the other way: an assassination of a political opponent attributed to his order. It belongs in any honest account alongside the attempts on his own life.
