Goebbels the agitator

An episode of the German documentary series on Hitler's inner circle, covering Goebbels from street agitator to minister controlling press, radio and film. It shows the apparatus in practice: cheap radio sets distributed to households, mass rallies designed for the camera, and the steady narrowing of what could be published. The series' archival footage is Nazi-produced material and carries that regime's framing wherever it is shown unnarrated.
