In August 2015 Coby Persin released 'The Dangers of Social Media', viewed almost 34 million times in a week. With parental permission he posed as a 15-year-old boy to contact girls aged 12 to 14, each of whom agreed to meet him, after which the parents revealed themselves. It was the high-water mark of the social-experiment format: moral framing at maximum, prank mechanics unchanged.
