A full-length BBC Radio 1 documentary on Roland's three genre-defining boxes, with the producers and DJs who built dance music out of them. It treats the 808, 909 and 303 as instruments rather than curiosities, which is the right frame for a house archive. Roland designed all three for other purposes entirely and discontinued all three as commercial disappointments.
