London Breed concedes the mayoral race

Election coverage of Mayor London Breed conceding to Daniel Lurie, two days after voting closed and while ranked-choice rounds were still being tabulated. Breed lost the final round of ranked-choice tabulation by more than 34,000 votes to a candidate who had never held elected office.
