Genthe transparency made in Chinatown as the city burned

One of Arnold Genthe's exposures from 18 April 1906, catalogued by the Library of Congress among his photographs of the earthquake in Chinatown. Genthe's own studio and negative files were destroyed in the fire, so the surviving images are the remnant of a much larger body of work. This example is held as a colour transparency rather than a negative.
