The War You Don't See

John Pilger's investigation into the relationship between governments and war reporting, from the First World War through Iraq and Afghanistan. Its central claim is about embedding and access: journalists dependent on military cooperation reproduce official framing without being instructed to. The film is itself argumentative and takes a strong position.
