Project Chanology rickrolls the Church of Scientology

Between 6,000 and 8,000 masked Anonymous protesters gathered outside Church of Scientology facilities in at least 90 cities worldwide, with live rickrolls performed in at least seven of them. Guinness World Records recognised the day as the largest coordinated rickroll protest. It marked the moment the prank crossed from message-board joke into offline political tactic.
