80% from the seafood industry (primarily offshore fishing), 4.5% from general household, 2.1% drinking bottles and the rest impossible to identify. (by weight) That's the result of surveying 337 kg of trash and 788 items found on a desert island close to the Arctic Circle. We do surveys as often we can, some of them as a part of the @handelensmiljofond 's @rydd_i_tide program. In close collaboration with the seafood industry and as members of @sjomatbedriftene we work on solutions to reduce marine litter, not only from the industry itself, but from all sources.
