Sixty recommendations for the city charter

The League of Women Voters of Greater Los Angeles hosts a public workshop on the Charter Reform Commission's work, which sent more than sixty recommendations to the City Council after nine months of study. Proposals include expanding the number of council districts and strengthening the Ethics Commission.
