Leka marries Susan Cullen-Ward

In 1975 Leka married the Australian Susan Cullen-Ward in a civil ceremony at the Hôtel de Ville in Biarritz. A religious ceremony in Madrid was conducted with Muslim, Protestant and Catholic officiants, in the multi-confessional style his father had used. Susan died in July 2004 and is buried in the Tirana mausoleum.
