Zogu crosses back into Albania with an armed force

On 13 December 1924 Zogu re-entered Albania with a force of Mati and Dibra tribesmen, northern supporters and White Russian émigré volunteers, reportedly financed with Yugoslav assistance. The intervention reversed the June Revolution by force of arms. The White Russians were Wrangel's former troops recruited out of Yugoslav exile.
