Dutch officers leave Utrecht for Albania
FEB 28 1914
Lieutenant Fabius, captains Kroon, Sluis and De Waal and lieutenant Doorman board the train at Utrecht on 28 February 1914, bound for Albania to organise the new state's gendarmerie.
