Interview with one of the officers shot in Atlanta

Mark Whitwell, one of the two off-duty Atlanta police officers shot on 31 October 1993, interviewed about the incident weeks afterward. Shakur was arrested over the shooting and the charges against him were ultimately dropped. This is one of the few contemporaneous accounts from a participant.
