From January 2025 a wave of AI-generated creatures with mock-Italian names filled TikTok, a shark in Nike shoes, a crocodile that is also a bomber, a ballerina with a cappuccino for a head, a monkey made of forest. The formula was fixed and infinitely repeatable: an absurd hybrid, a rhyming text-to-speech voice, a name that sounds Italian and means nothing. Some of the original audio was crude or worse, and where that matters this archive says so plainly rather than reproducing it.
