New owners and a generation of producers rediscover the halls. Studios reopen, the equipment is restored, and the Funkhaus begins its second life as a place to make records again.

- - A new chapter begins. New ownership and a fresh generation of producers begin reviving the Funkhaus as a working music site, recognising that its halls and surviving equipment are an irreplaceable recording resource.
- - Restoring the studios. The historic control rooms, tape machines and the great Saal 1 are restored and brought back into service, re-establishing the Funkhaus as a place where records are actually made.

- - A swing standard in the radio house. Les Chats Manouches play 'Bei mir bist du schön' at the Funkhaus in 2025. A reminder that the rooms are taken by small acoustic groups as readily as by touring names.
- - CATT, 'Mystery' in a Funkhaus studio. The Berlin songwriter CATT performs 'Mystery' with guitarist Birk Buttchereyt in a Funkhaus studio in 2025, the pair recording and mixing it themselves. A small-scale example of the campus at work.
- - Tricone Studios, a song before release. Paula Prieto records the then unreleased 'Nido' at Tricone Studios inside the Funkhaus, joined by the Berlin musicians Fabián Suske and Adar Alfandari. The first entry in a live-session series shot on the campus.
- - Ghosts & Errors, a live session. The band films a live take of 'Teenage Prose' at the Funkhaus, shot and cut by Max Hartmann. One of the many small-band sessions the building's rooms absorb between larger productions.
