Warm Springs wild horse gather

The wild horse gather of the Warm Springs Herd started Oct. 2, 2018, in southeast Oregon with 62 horses gathered. The Warm Springs Herd Management Area comprises about 475,000 acres of public land south of Hines, Oregon. That range area can sustain 96 to 178.
