The Pacific States Trading Company plant still under construction

The new San Francisco plant of the Pacific States Trading Company, photographed before it was finished and published in the Pacific Fisherman annual. The firm worked in fish processing, with codfish among its trade. The picture records the industrial side of the waterfront in the year of the earthquake.
