An analytical piece from the music channel Polyphonic, published in 2018, arguing that the Grateful Dead reshaped how live music was played, amplified and circulated. The band formed in the Bay Area and grew out of the same San Francisco scene that produced the Fillmore ballrooms. Roughly eight and a half minutes long.
