A view of Springfield in Tuolumne County, drawn by George Henry Goddard and printed on blue paper by the San Francisco lithographers Britton and Rey. Britton and Rey were the leading printmakers of Gold Rush California, and their views carried images of the mining districts back east. The print is held by the Library of Congress.
