SoMa residents kept awake by honking driverless cars

Residents of South of Market reported that Waymo vehicles converging on a parking lot were honking at each other through the night. The complaint marked a quieter register of the city's autonomous-vehicle conflict, in which the machines became a neighbourhood nuisance rather than a target.
