Liquid light projections behind a rock stage
1968
Footage of Joshua's Lights performing a liquid light show at the Fillmore East in 1968, held by the Historic Films Stock Footage Archive. Projected oil, dye and colour washes of this kind were a fixture of Bill Graham's Fillmore rooms on both coasts, turning the concert hall itself into part of the performance. The clip runs about seven minutes.
