A panoramic photograph of Fort Barry, the Army post on the Marin headlands across the Golden Gate from the Presidio. Fort Barry was part of the ring of coast artillery works guarding the entrance to San Francisco Bay. The land is now within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
