Bottle Cap Challenge

In late June and early July 2019, participants filmed themselves unscrewing a bottle cap with a spinning roundhouse kick, filmed in slow motion. A celebrity nomination chain ran from designer Errolson Hugh through UFC champion Max Holloway to John Mayer and Jason Statham. It is one of the few large 2019 challenge formats with no reported injuries.
