What happens when you put an NGO together with a big commercial company for a week? 🤔 Last week we were invited to join @vanoord_official leadership program that was facilitated by @gaiainsights close to Trondheim. The week was packed with #presentations, #workshops and #challenges from Monday to Friday, main topics being #sustainability, #naturalintelligence, #systemsthinking, #stakeholdermanagement and #teamwork. Saturday was spent collecting plastic around the local community leaving it a better place than when we arrived.
