Somaliland-Liberland mutual recognition document
SEP 25 2017
A 2017 paper recording mutual recognition between Liberland and Somaliland, itself a partially-recognised state. Somaliland is recognised by no UN member state; the agreement is a recognition exchange between two unrecognised or partially-recognised entities, not recognition by any government that controls the disputed Danube territory.
