Seventeen minutes of footage from the 24 July 1994 demonstration in London against the Criminal Justice Bill, where crowds estimated at twenty to fifty thousand turned a protest into a party. It is the largest of the three 1994 mobilisations against the Act and the one where the tactic and the target were the same thing. Filmed on the day by someone in the crowd.
