A documentary on DiY Sound System, the Nottingham crew who put house music at the centre of the British free party scene and were on the common at Castlemorton. It traces the line from that week to Section 63 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, which defined the music it banned as 'repetitive beats'.
