In it Victoria Duthil speaks to camera over aerial footage of Grand Police, Takamaka, holding up an email from the EIA secretariat: a stakeholders meeting and site visit for a proposed tourism development on Parcels T574 and T575, Thursday 9 July 2026 at 08:30 at the Takamaka Community Centre, part of a Class 1 Environmental Impact Assessment still in its consultation phase. She is telling Seychellois to turn up and be counted. They did, the campaign posted from that community centre the next day.
