A bust of Skanderbeg by the sculptor Odhise Paskali, given by Albania in 1968 to Piana degli Albanesi in Sicily. The Arbereshe towns of southern Italy were founded by Albanians who fled after the Ottoman conquest and still speak an archaic Albanian.
